Recently, the reporter visited Ma Chuanwei, Secretary General of the Engineering Machinery Parts Branch of China Construction Machinery Industry Association, and asked him to talk about the current problems and development prospects of China's construction machinery parts industry.

　　At present, China's construction machinery, especially small construction machinery, has broad market prospects. The market prospects of small excavators are optimistic. In addition, the small construction machinery market such as the forklift truck and the skid steer loader are also in the process of cultivation, and there will be great development. But so far, the pumps, valves, hydraulic parts and other supporting parts required for small construction machinery are basically all imported. The foreign supporting parts enterprises must first meet the needs of their domestic enterprises, the second must meet the needs of foreign-invested enterprises in China, and the third should consider the needs of Chinese enterprises. The restrictive effect of this situation on China's construction machinery manufacturers will become more and more obvious. In this year's construction machinery enterprises in China, some enterprises have paid over a year and a half to foreign supporting parts enterprises, and still can't get the goods, such as Hefei Zhenyu; some enterprises have installed everything, they lack a valve, but Japanese companies have been unable to supply them for a long time, such as Yuchai Machinery; last year's Xu-digging machinery, ordering to Japanese companies at the beginning of the year, the results have not arrived at the end of the year, resulting in zero output of the excavator. In addition, the price of a full set of hydraulic systems purchased from abroad generally has no room for negotiation; plus pre-sales and after-sales service are not in place, which greatly restricts the development of domestic construction machinery enterprises.

　　Choose a breakthrough

　　In view of the overall development level of China's construction machinery and the current specific situation, Ma Chuanwei suggested that small excavators and other small construction machinery parts should be used as a breakthrough to promote the overall development of China's construction machinery parts industry.

　　At the annual meeting of China's construction machinery parts industry, the relevant person in charge of Ma Chuanwei and the accessory parts committee suggested that the manufacturers should pay attention to the small excavator parts from the small excavator parts only to the other small construction machinery parts. As a breakthrough, it will promote the comprehensive development of other small engineering machinery parts.

　　To realize the comprehensive development of small engineering machinery parts including small excavators, the realization of static pressure transmission is an important part. At present, small hydraulic engineering tools such as small wheel loaders, backhoe loaders (both busy), skid steer loaders, telescopic forklifts, and small-tonnage forklifts require a large number of hydraulic components. Partly depends on imports. Internationally, most of the loaders below 3.0 tons in advanced countries have realized static pressure transmission, and almost all of the loaders with an annual output of more than 100,000 units in China are hydraulic transmission. At present, only the Shandong Longtai Company, which can produce static pressure transmission parts in China, can produce static pressure transmission loaders of less than 3.0 tons, but it is only beginning to produce and is not mature.

　　In addition to the key technology constraints, Ma Chuanwei believes that another important aspect of the gap between China's construction machinery parts and foreign products lies in its reliability. It is reliable to produce 10 pieces and 8 pieces in small batches, and the quantity is not reliable. Product reliability is related to management, process equipment, and process routes. In general, the factors currently affecting the reliability of Chinese components are mainly the quality of raw materials, especially steel. The domestic engineering machinery enterprises are generally not large in size, and they require special purchases from steel mills, and others ignore them. There are also gaps in technology and equipment from abroad. There are flexible production lines in foreign countries, and each procedure has strict control. There are also problems with heat treatment. The reliability of the components produced in this way is not good, which leads to the failure of the quality of the host. For example, the engineering machinery products produced by foreign companies are generally the first failure in 1000 hours, and our products are only 400,500 hours. The reliability problem is not solved, the domestic accessory parts are sold cheaper, and the users will not buy it.
